The Molding Center is equipped with advanced as well as high precision device, such as Japan WEDM-LS, Korea and Taiwan precision grinding machine, America machining center, carving machine, precise grinder, vertical milling machine, molding milling machine ,etc., and owns kinds of testing instrument, like Mitutoyo projector, height indicator, Levels, tool regulator and hardness taster.

    The center employs and trains molding design senior engineer, machinery senior technician who are able to make a design ,cut and assembly the precise and usual mold , the automation production and testing equipment for acoustic components, as well as production and testing fixture, all of which could shorten new products development circle, make sure the samples and mass products action be quick and high-efficiency and supply powerful support to RD and manufacturing.
